At Mornglow, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our Smart Rings. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a straightforward 30-day guarantee.

1. The 30-Day "Arrival & Quality" Guarantee

We take immense pride in our quality control. However, in very rare cases, a device may experience a technical fault or damage during transit.

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA) or Faulty: If your Smart Ring is non-functional or "spoilt" upon arrival, or if it develops a hardware fault within the first 30 days of delivery, we will send you a brand-new replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.

  • Proof of Issue: To trigger an immediate replacement, simply email a photo or short video of the issue to support@mornglow.site.

3. Sizing Exchanges

Since a perfect fit is essential for smart technology:

  • If you ordered the wrong size, we offer a one-time size exchange.

  • The ring must be returned in its original condition before the new size is dispatched.
